Mission-driven. Client-focused.

OUR STORY

We’re in the business of restoration — of homes, of people, and of purpose.

Ascension Roofing was founded with one simple conviction: use roofing as a vehicle to serve others and transform lives. We’ve seen what storms can take from people — not just shingles, but safety, stability, and peace of mind. We exist to help rebuild all of it.

What started with a shared vision between Josh Benitone and Allison Ricci has become something far deeper than a construction company. It's a mission. A calling. A way of life.

At Ascension, we don’t just hire staff — we raise up leaders. We train young men and women to think like owners, walk in integrity, and step into their calling. It’s life-changing and identity-shaping work. From emotional intelligence to financial literacy to leadership development, we believe every roof we build is an opportunity to build something bigger: a future.

We specialize in insurance-funded roof restoration, and we fight to ensure our clients receive full, code-compliant repairs after storms. But honestly? That’s just the job.

The real work is the kind you don’t always see — inside the hearts of our team, around the dinner tables of our homeowners, and across the communities we’re honored to serve.

We’re proud of our process. We’re proud of our craftsmanship.
But most of all, we’re proud to build something that lasts. Not just roofs. Legacies.

MEET OUR FOUNDERS.

We didn’t start Ascension because we needed another business — we started it because we saw something broken and believed we could build something better.

After years in the industry, we watched good people get burned out, clients left in the dark, and communities underserved. At the same time, we knew the trades could be more than a paycheck — they could be a pathway to purpose, leadership, and legacy.

As friends, ministry leaders, and business owners, we launched Ascension to be more than a roofing company. It’s a place where people are developed, homes are restored, and communities are impacted. Where character matters more than clout, and the real work isn’t just what happens on a roof — it’s what happens inside the people doing the work.

This is why we exist: to serve, to build, and to transform lives along the way.

Allison Ricci is a veteran, foster mom, and no-nonsense leader with over a decade of experience in sales and construction. She brings unmatched precision, follow-through, and passion to everything she touches.

She’s the founder of Covenant Construction Consultants, a firm dedicated to helping other high-performing companies streamline their systems and administrative operations.

At Ascension, Allison leads the charge in building repeatable systems, managing financial operations, and ensuring exceptional follow-up with every homeowner we serve. She’s often the first one to spot what needs fixing — and the first one to fix it. From internal workflows to client relationships, she’s a stabilizing force and a major reason we operate with excellence.

Her superpower? Turning chaos into structure — and doing it all while fostering kids, running multiple businesses, and investing in the people around her.

JOSH BENITONE

Josh Benitone is a builder in every sense of the word — of businesses, systems, teams, and people. With a background in construction and a deep passion for leadership, he brings clarity, strategy, and purpose to every part of Ascension’s operations.

He’s the founder of Crown Brew Coffee Co., an award-winning café known for its strong culture and community engagement, and serves with his wife as the House Leaders of Encounter House, a local church focused on healing, identity, and spiritual formation. Across everything he leads, Josh’s mission is consistent: to help people become who they were created to be.

At Ascension, Josh oversees company strategy, team development, and operational alignment. He believes the trades can offer more than a paycheck — they can shape character, confidence, and calling. Whether he’s building a system or mentoring a staff member, Josh is committed to doing work that lasts — not just on the roof, but in the lives of the people doing the work.

His superpower? Seeing potential in people before they see it in themselves — and building the systems that help them rise.
